Flow rate on this one shows 90 L/min, but the specs also mention 550 L/min max capacity. How do them two numbers work together?

The 90 L/min is the rated working flow for this valve under normal operating conditions. The 550 L/min figure is the maximum flow capacity the valve can physically handle without damage or failure. So day to day, you're running at 90, but the valve won't choke out if your system sees a temporary spike up toward that higher number. Gives you some real headroom when conditions get unpredictable.
