It comes with 1 1/2" ports.

got a harvester running dual hydraulic circuits and been fighting pressure drop issues on the flow side. this valve rated to handle that kind of load steady, or is 350 bar more of a peak number?

350 bar (5000 psi) is the rated operating pressure for this valve, and the pressure-compensated design means flow stays consistent even when load pressure shifts. That compensation is the whole point of a flow regulator like this one.
