Running a refuse hauler and need to know if this valve can hold up at 5,000 psi, is that actually the rated system pressure or just a peak number?

350 bar, which works out to 5,000 psi, is the stated system pressure capability for this valve. That's not a momentary spike rating pulled from a chart somewhere, it's what the 1PUL60 series is built around for continuous hydraulic circuit use. Refuse haulers are actually listed as one of the intended applications, so the pressure handling lines up directly with that kind of work.
