Can this be used on a refuse hauler, or is it better suited for other applications?

flow rate on this one says 20 liters per minute but the specs also mention 265 L/min, which number actually applies to my setup?

Those two numbers cover different things. The 20 liters per minute is the rated flow for this specific valve model. The 265 L/min figure reflects the broader series capacity, not what this particular unit is sized for. If your system is running at or near 20 L/min, you're in the right range for this valve.
