Running a refuse hauler and need a solenoid valve that can handle real pressure without giving out, does this Vickers unit hold up to 5000 psi?

At 350 bar, which works out to 5000 psi, that rating is exactly what this valve is built around. The body is hardened and ground steel, so it's not a lightweight piece of hardware. For refuse hauler hydraulic circuits, it's actually one of the named applications, so you're not pushing it outside its intended use.
