Got a harvester sittin' idle right now and need to swap out a solenoid valve, this a normally open 2-way 2-position setup, or does it close when the solenoid energizes?

Normally open is correct. In its resting state, flow passes through freely. When the solenoid energizes, it shifts to the closed position. That 2-way, 2-position configuration means you're either full open or full closed, no intermediate positions. For a harvester application it's a pretty straightforward drop-in as long as your system is running within 350 bar (5000 psi) and your flow demand stays around 20 liters per minute.
