What kind of pressure and flow can this check valve actually handle before it starts giving trouble?

Rated at 350 bar, which works out to 5000 psi, and handles up to 227 liters per minute or 60 US gallons per minute. Those are solid numbers for mobile and industrial work, and the low spring settings help keep things running smooth without a lot of backpressure buildup.
