What pressure is this check valve good for?

This Vickers 3CA80-0.2S valve is rated to handle up to 350 bar, which is about 5000 psi.

Running this on a harvester setup and need to know if it'll hold up at 5000 psi. That within its rated range?

350 bar is exactly 5075 psi, so 5000 psi falls well within what this valve is built to handle. The 3CA80-0.2S is rated to that pressure ceiling, and the ball-style construction is suited for the kind of load variations you see in harvester hydraulics. You're not pushing the limits running it at that pressure.
