Running this coil on a refuse hauler that stays in service pretty much all day. Is it gonna hold up or do I need something rated for heavier use?

Continuous duty is built into what this coil is meant to handle. It's not a coil you'd swap out after a few hours of work and call it a day. Refuse haulers are actually one of the listed applications for this model, so running it through a full shift is exactly the kind of load it was put together for.
