i’ve got an ORSCHELN part number X0142 on my old hub, is this the same FELSTED HUB?

Does this hub need any kind of adjustment or calibration once it's installed?

No calibration needed, and there's no adjustable end on this unit either. Once it's in place, it's in place. That makes installation pretty straightforward since you're not fussing with settings or fine-tuning anything after the fact.
