got a nut on my ORSCHELN FELSTED setup marked X0037, is this the same one?

It's specific to the 4-series. Orscheln Products built the X0037 to fit within that series, so swapping it into a different series without confirming compatibility first wouldn't be the right move. If your assembly is 4-series, you're good to go.
