Designed for durability, this gear motor features a die-cast aluminum alloy body, sintered metal gears, and a hardened steel shaft, making it suitable for various industrial applications including hydraulic conveyors.

That's a hard requirement, not a suggestion. Once outlet pressure exceeds 250 PSI on this motor, a case drain line has to be installed. Without it, you're pushing pressure back into the case with nowhere to go, and that'll work against the internal seals over time. The bi-rotational design does use internal check valves to balance case pressure back to the low pressure side, but that system isn't a substitute for a proper drain line when outlet pressure climbs above that threshold. Worth planning that into your hydraulic connections before you fire it up.
