trying to match up a pump i’ve got, what mounting flange and shaft does this one come with?

It uses a 2-bolt SAE B mounting flange and an SAE BB shaft that is 1 inch straight keyed with a 1.81 inch length.

From the factory these pumps are stocked with clockwise rotation, and this model is listed as CW rotation.

runs clockwise out of the box, right? trying to avoid tearing it back down after install if i got the rotation wrong

Clockwise is correct as shipped. If you ever need to switch to counterclockwise, it's doable by reversing the drive and driven shaft positions and rotating the front flange. No new parts required, just a disassembly and reassembly. But straight out of the box, CW is what you get.
