got 5/8 nylon tube already, is this the little sleeve that bites down in a compression fitting?

Does this sleeve work with standard compression fittings, or does it need something specific from Midland to go along with it?

Compatible compression fittings are required for proper assembly, and this sleeve is built to work with standard compression fitting bodies sized for 5/8" nylon tube. It seats around the tube and locks in when the fitting is tightened down, creating a secure mechanical grip. As long as your fitting is designed for 5/8" nylon tubing and follows standard compression fitting geometry, this sleeve should mate up without issue.
