hose is orange right? trying to match up what we already got running on this machine and want to make sure before i order

the cover on the 3740-12 is orange. It's a polyurethane outer cover, so it holds up well against abrasion too. If you're matching existing lines, the -12 dash size is what you're working with here, and it meets SAE 100R7 certification.

got a spot where the hose has to make a pretty tight turn. what’s the minimum bend radius on this 3740-12?

For routing, the minimum bend radius is 5, so you will want to keep any turns at or above that to avoid kinking the hose.
