Product Questions & Answers

Would this Eaton Vickers motor be alright for a elevator scraper drive?
Question by: Donna H on Feb 17, 2026, 6:04 PM
Given its listed applications, this 35M series vane motor can certainly handle elevator scraper drives.

trying to swap out an old Eaton Vickers motor, is this one the 35M115A-11C20 model with the in-line ports?
Question by: Judy A on Apr 4, 2025, 3:15 PM
Match it up by the model number 35M115A-11C20 and the port location called out as in-line (C). It is also a single configuration 35M series vane motor with ring size 115, so those identifiers should line up with what you are replacing.

Trying to match up a replacement for an old Vickers vane motor on an elevator scraper drive. The shaft on mine's got 14 teeth, SAE C spline, and the mounting flange is 2-bolt SAE C. This the right unit for that?
Question by: Brett K on Jul 1, 2025, 5:08 PM
For that configuration, yes, this one lines up. The 35M115A-11C20 runs a 14 tooth SAE C splined shaft and mounts on a 2-bolt SAE C flange, so the mechanical fit is there. Ports are 1-1/2 inch SAE 4-bolt flange, in-line configuration, with a 3/8 NPT drain in the rear cover. If your existing hydraulic connections matches that layout, you're in good shape for a direct swap.
