It’s a SAE 45 female swivel crimp hose fitting in the Weatherhead 338 P Series, with an End Size of 0.75 and a -8 hose dash size.

Brass is the base material, and on top of that it carries Dura-Kote plating for extra corrosion protection. That combination holds up well against the kind of moisture and weather exposure you'd see on a vehicle sitting between seasons.
