Does this fitting work for hydraulic fluid lines, or is it more of a general-use piece?

Midland Industries built this for industrial fluid transfer, so hydraulic systems are well within its wheelhouse. Each of the three ports carries a 1/2-inch hose barb connection, which makes it straightforward to tie into an existing line without a lot of fuss. The construction is meant to hold up under demanding conditions, so it's not just a light-duty hydraulic connections part.
