Got a 3/4 NPT port on a manifold block and need to run a 1/2 inch hose off it. This the right piece for that?

That's what this fitting is for. One end threads into your 3/4 NPT port, and the barbed end accepts a 1/2 inch hose. Midland Industries makes solid brass fittings, so it'll hold up well in typical fluid line applications. Just make sure your hose ID is a true 1/2 inch and use a clamp to secure it on the barb.
