fitting says 2 inch NPT male -- does that mean it'll thread straight onto a 2 inch female NPT port without any adapters in between?

A 2 inch male NPT thread connects directly to any standard 2 inch female NPT port. No adapter needed in between. The thread form is standard NPT, so as long as your port is a true 2 inch female NPT, you're good to go with a direct connection.

trying to match up a hose end i’ve got, is 32-132-C the one that fits a -32 hose and a 2 inch male npt port?

Fit-wise, 32-132-C is a convoluted hose end made for a -32 hose dash size and it has a 2 inch NPT male pipe thread on the connection end.
