got a 30VQ28A11A20 pump on the machine now, is this 421492-1 the same thing or am i gonna be off on the shaft

Match-up looks right for that cross. The supplier part number is 421492-1 and it lists 30VQ28A11A20 as an alternate part number. It also calls out the 13 tooth SAE B splined shaft and the 28 ring size, so the key identifiers line up.

Got a 30VQ28A-11A20 that finally gave up the ghost on my press line. This the right replacement, or do I need to cross-reference something?

That alternate part number lines right up. The SKU here is 421492-1 and the alternate is listed as 30VQ28A11A20, so you're looking at the same pump. Ring size 28, 13 tooth SAE B splined shaft, clockwise rotation, outlet opposite the inlet port. If those match what came off your machine, you're good.

Reckon this'll bolt right up as a replacement for my old Vickers pump? It's got the same 13-tooth spline.

Knowing it has a 13 Tooth SAE B Splined shaft, it should be a direct mechanical replacement if your old pump also used that standard. Just double-check that the port locations match your setup since this one has the outlet opposite the outlet.
