Factory set at 2,000 psi right out of the box, is that relief valve something you can dial up or down once it's installed, or are you stuck with whatever it ships at?

Adjustable, not fixed. The pin-type relief valve comes preset at 138 bar (2,000 psi) from the factory, but it can be changed after installation to suit your system's needs. So if your application calls for a different pressure setting, you've got room to work with it without swapping out the valve.
