We run these on our harvesting equipment and been happy with em, but somebody mentioned this valve tops out around 30 LPM. That right, or can it handle more depending on setup?

For this particular model, 30 liters per minute is the rated flow for standard operation. That said, the EPRV3-10 series as a whole is built to handle flows up to 160 L/min, which works out to about 42 US gallons per minute. Where your specific unit falls within that range depends on the configuration, but 30 LPM is what this valve is rated for at its flow spec.
