Flow rate on this thing tops out at 114 litres per minute on this specific model, but I've seen the RV2-10 series listed elsewhere at 300 L/min. What gives?

Good catch. The RV2-10 series as a whole is rated up to 300 litres per minute (80 USgpm), but this particular variant, the RV2-10-S-0-35/5, is spec'd for a maximum of 114 litres per minute. Different configurations within the same series can carry different flow ceilings, so always go by the individual part number when sizing for your circuit rather than the series ceiling.
