Running this on a refuse hauler that works pretty hard most days. Does the pressure rating hold up for that kind of duty, or is this more of a light-duty setup?

For refuse hauler work, the pressure rating on this valve is solid. It handles up to 350 bar (5000 psi), which puts it well within range for demanding mobile applications. The RV1-10 series was specifically called out for refuse hauler use, so it's not a light-duty part by any stretch. The poppet style construction also tends to hold up better under repeated cycling than some other designs.
