Got a harvester that keeps blowing out the old pressure relief valve. This a direct swap for something in the RV1-10 series, or do I need to worry about the port size not matching up?

Port size on this one is 3/8", so as long as your existing setup is plumbed to that, you're in good shape dimensionally. It's part of the RV1-10 series from Vickers, now under Danfoss/Eaton, and it's built specifically for mobile equipment like harvesters. The poppet-style design handles variable demand well, which is pretty common in harvest applications where load swings around a lot.
