If I'm usin' this on some heavy equipment, how much pressure can it handle without givin' out?

This Vickers valve is rated to handle pressures up to 350 bar, which is about 5000 psi.

Got a harvester sitting idle cause the old pressure valve gave out, does this Vickers RV2-10V-S-3G-35 run up to 5000 psi? Need to know before I order.

Yes, 5000 psi is exactly the rated pressure capacity on this one. It's built to handle up to 350 bar, so for most harvester applications pushing high-pressure demand, it's well within spec. The 3/8" port size is worth confirming against your existing setup before you pull the trigger, but on the pressure side you're good to go.
