Flow rate on this thing says 114 liters per minute but then I also see 300 L/min listed -- which one actually applies to how this valve operates?

Both numbers are part of the same valve's rating, just covering different aspects. The 300 L/min (80 USgpm) is the full flow capacity the valve is rated to handle through the system. The 114 liters per minute figure reflects the flow rate specific to how this particular configuration is set up to perform.
