Flow rate on this one says 38 litres per minute -- is that gonna be enough for a refuse hauler setup, or do I need something with more capacity?

For a lot of refuse hauler applications, 38 litres per minute is right in the working range. The RV10-10 series was built with that kind of mobile equipment in mind, so it's not a mismatch. Where you'd want to pause is if your circuit demands are pushing consistently near or above that threshold. The 350 bar pressure rating gives you solid headroom on the pressure side, so that part's covered well for demanding mobile work.
