got a harvester that keeps blowing relief valves under load, would this RV8-8 hold up to that kind of pressure situation, and whats the max it can handle?

For harvester applications specifically, this valve is rated to 350 bar, which works out to 5000 psi. That's a solid ceiling for most mobile equipment running hard in the field. The poppet-style construction tends to handle repeated pressure spikes better than spool designs, so for a machine that's seeing heavy cyclic loads, it's a reasonable fit. Flow capacity on this model tops out at 30 liters per minute, so as long as your system demand falls within that range, you're in good shape.
