got a 3/8 barb on my hose end, will that mate up right with this fitting?

The hose barb side on this fitting is sized for 3/8 inch hose, so yes, that lines up correctly. The banjo end runs M10 x 1.0 metric thread on the bolt side, and the whole assembly comes in at 36mm long with that 90 degree elbow built in. For low pressure line work where you need to make a right angle turn in a tight spot, this one fits the bill without any extra adapters in between.

What size hose will this banjo fitting work with?

This hose barb is designed for a 1/4" inside diameter hose.
