That's right. This elbow connector features a 9/16 - 18 UNF male JIC fitting on one side, and an M16 X 1.5 metric male fitting on the other.

got a metric banjo fitting on some equipment and need to tie it into a JIC line, this 90-degree elbow gonna make that work?

That's exactly the kind of crossover situation this fitting handles. One end is a 9/16-18 UNF male JIC, the other is M16 x 1.5 male metric, so you're covered on both sides. The 90-degree angle keeps things clean when you're working in tight spots and can't run a straight connection. Steel construction, 33mm in length, with both A and B dimensions at 16mm. Just make sure your mating ports match those specs before you button it up.
