What kind of flow can I expect out of this regulator, and is 10 liters a minute the ceiling or just a rated sweet spot?

Ten liters per minute is the regulated output flow for this unit. The valve itself can handle up to 350 L/min passing through the system and pressure up to 350 bar, but the controlled flow it meters out is set at 10 LPM. Being a fixed pressure compensated regulator, it holds that flow rate steady even when system pressure shifts, so what you're getting is consistent delivery rather than a hard ceiling on the hardware itself.
