Flow rating on this one says 350 L/min in the features but then I see 114 litres per minute listed separately, which number actually applies to this valve?

Both numbers come from the product data, but they reflect different things. The 350 L/min figure represents the series-level maximum capacity for the PFR11-16 platform overall. The 114 litres per minute figure is the rated flow specific to this particular model, the VICKERS-PFR11-16N-F-0-23-00.
