Flow rate on this one shows 114 liters per minute, but the specs also mention 350 L/min somewhere. Which number actually applies to how this valve regulates flow in operation?

The 350 L/min figure reflects the maximum flow capacity the valve can handle passing through it under pressure, up to 350 bar or 5000 psi. The 114 liters per minute is the regulated flow rate this unit is set to maintain. So in practice, the valve keeps output steady at 114 L/min regardless of pressure fluctuations upstream, as long as conditions stay within that 350 bar and 350 L/min ceiling.
