What kind of flow rate does this thing actually put out, and is it adjustable or fixed once you set it?

Running at 114 liters per minute, and yes, it's adjustable. The pressure compensation keeps the flow steady even when system pressure shifts around, so you're not constantly chasing the setting. Max capacity on the valve is 350 L/min, so there's plenty of headroom above that 114 LPM output if your system demands change.
