Is this regulator just for, like, big industrial machinery, or could I use it on a smaller setup?

Got a harvester that's been giving us fits with inconsistent flow, and somebody mentioned a fixed pressure compensated regulator might sort it out. This the right kind of valve for that sort of thing?
