Flow rate on this one is set at 23 litres per minute, right? Just want to make sure before I order it for our harvester setup.

That's correct. The flow rate on this unit is fixed at 23 litres per minute and cannot be adjusted. It's pressure compensated, so it holds that output steady even when load-induced pressure changes happen in the circuit. For a harvester application that's exactly the kind of stability this valve is built around.
