Hey, I'm looking for a flow control valve for a harvester, reckon this Vickers one would do the trick?

This FR5-10 series valve is definitely suitable. It's designed for use in harvesters, as well as refuse haulers and other mobile or industrial applications.

What kind of flow rate does this valve actually put out, and is it fixed or can you adjust it on the fly?

Fixed pressure compensated means the flow rate is set and stays consistent regardless of pressure fluctuations in the system. On this particular valve, that fixed rate is 23 liters per minute. You're not going to dial it up or down in the field. It holds that setting while the system handles pressures up to 350 bar, which works out to 5000 psi. The 350 L/min figure refers to the maximum system flow capacity, not the regulated output. Good fit when you need repeatable, steady flow without manual adjustment.
