Flow rate on this thing shows 178 liters per minute but then I also see 350 L/min listed. Which one's actually the working flow for this valve?

Both numbers apply, just to different things. The 350 L/min figure reflects the maximum the valve is rated to handle through its system, while the 178 liters per minute is the controlled flow rate specific to this configuration. For sizing and application planning, the 178 L/min is the number you want to work from for what this valve will actually deliver under normal operating conditions.
