Product Questions & Answers

got a 3/8 BSPP port on a small hydraulic manifold and need to run a hose off it at a right angle, this the fitting that'd work for that?
Question by: Sherry T on Mar 18, 2026, 5:02 PM
Yeah, that setup is exactly what this fitting handles. One end is a 3/8 inch hose barb, the other threads into a 3/8 inch BSPP male port, and the whole thing bends at 90 degrees. Total length runs 42mm, so it's a fairly compact piece. Just keep in mind it's rated for low-pressure use, so if your manifold runs high system pressure you'd want something else. For low-pressure hydraulic lines making a right-angle turn into a BSPP port, it fits the bill.

got a hose line that needs to make a tight 90 into a port, is this the kind of fitting for that
Question by: Roger M on Jul 10, 2025, 4:45 PM
For a right angle turn between a hose and a BSPP port, this fitting matches that setup. One end is a hose barb, and the other end is a 3/8 inch BSPP male connection (G 3/8 - 19) in a 90 degree elbow shape.

What kind of pressure can this banjo fitting handle?
Question by: Connie M on Dec 2, 2025, 11:41 AM
This fitting is designed for low-pressure applications, so it's best to keep that in mind when selecting it for your hydraulic system.
