Got a harvester that's been eating through control valves and I need something that'll hold up, does this one handle high pressure okay?

I'm lookin' for a valve that can handle some pressure. This one says 5000 psi, is that right?

That's correct. This Vickers directional control valve is rated to handle pressures up to 350 bar, which is equivalent to 5000 psi.
