Got a harvester sitting idle because the solenoid valve went out, does this one run on 115 volt AC, or am I looking at the wrong part?

115 volts is exactly what this valve runs on, so if your machine was already wired for that, you're in good shape. It's a 2-way, 2-position normally closed unit built for exactly the kind of mobile equipment you're describing, harvesters included.
