Can this handle hydraulic fluid in harvesters without issues?

Running this on a refuse hauler build right now and need to confirm the pressure rating before we go any further. Does this valve hold up to 5000 psi?

Rated at 350 bar, which works out to 5000 psi, so you are good to go for that application. The hardened and ground steel construction is part of what keeps it reliable at that pressure range, and refuse haulers are actually one of the listed use cases for this valve.
