running a harvester setup and need something that'll hold up at high pressure, this valve rated for 5000 psi?

Rated at 350 bar, which works out to 5000 psi, so yes it holds up at that level. Flow capacity on this one is 23 litres per minute, and it's built from hardened and ground steel, so it's not going to wear out quick in a heavy-duty harvesting application. The 3-way, 2-position configuration is well suited for the kind of directional control work you'd typically see in that equipment.
