what's the max flow this thing can handle before it starts causin problems?

Running at 76 liters per minute is where it's rated for typical operation, but the valve can handle up to 227 liters per minute (60 US gallons per minute) at peak flow. Pressure-wise, it's built for up to 350 bar, which works out to 5000 psi. So there's a solid margin between normal working conditions and the upper limit.
