Running this coil continuous on a refuse hauler, you reckon it'll hold up without needing to derate it or cycle it off?

Continuous duty is exactly what this coil is rated for, so keeping it energized for extended periods is well within its design. No need to build in off cycles to protect it. The Toughcoil construction is specifically built to handle the vibration and rough conditions that come with refuse hauler duty, so sustained operation in that environment is the expected use case, not an exception.
