Running this coil on a refuse hauler that stays busy all day long. It gonna hold up to that kind of constant use or does it need breaks?

Continuous duty is exactly what this coil is built for. You won't need to cycle it off or give it rest periods during normal operation. Refuse haulers are actually one of the listed applications for it, so running it hard through a full shift is well within what it's rated to handle.
