Got a harvester that runs pretty much all day during season, is this coil built to hold up to that kind of constant use?

Continuous duty is exactly what this coil is rated for, so running it hard through a long harvest day is well within its design. It's part of Vickers' J Series under the SICV Coils lineup, which is built with that kind of nonstop operational demand in mind.
