i’ve got a hose reel stop that needs replaced, is this the 3 inch plastic one and what’s the part number?

the ID ain't drilled on this one, so whats the biggest hole I can put through it if I drill it myself?

The maximum hole size you can drill through the ID is 1-7/8 inches. Anything larger than that and you're outside what the part is built to handle, so stay at or under that size when you set up your drill press.

For basic fit, you are looking at a 3 inch outside diameter hose stop made from plastic. The center is intentionally not drilled, so you can drill it to your needed size up to a maximum hole size of 1-7/8 inches.
